Cancellations

A cancellation fee of 50% of the tour cost will be charged if less than 24 hours notice is given. Cancellations prior to that attract no cancellation fee.

Payment

Adventure Canterbury accept Visa, MasterCard, Travellers' Cheques, and most foreign currencies as payment. All prices in New Zealand dollars and valid untill 31st September, 2003.

Barbecues/Meals

Our barbecues are a delicious combination of fresh salads, prime meat, beer, wine and a light dessert, with tea and coffee to follow. Restaurants visited on the day tours serve only the finest, freshest meat, fish and local produce available in season.

Tour Dates

We operate 12 months of the year, 365 days, with the exception of salmon fishing (November until May) and Full Day Rafting (September until April).

Children

Children's rates are two thirds of the adult price on all tours, unless otherwise stated. Child rates apply to 13 years and under. Three years and under are free of charge. (Children under three are not permitted on the dolphin swimming and whale watch boats). Family concessions are available on all Jetboat options and Horse Trekking.

To do so, we are equally committed to your personal safety. We therefore reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather, road or river conditions.

We will take all care possible with you and your possessions but will not be held liable for any loss or damage to either.
